Can you do anything you want?
If you love enough, you can do anything you want and still please God. What does love look like? Jesus.
RELEASING OCTOBER 17, 2026 · PRE-ORDER NOW ON AMAZON
All of us have a construct of God. Some are helpful; some are not. I hope that in these pages you will find an image of God that is nearer to the truth. I want to reveal to you a God that looks like Jesus – a wise and good God who loves you and everyone passionately; a God who saves everyone – past, present and future.
The invitation
Most of us were handed a God to fear. Far fewer were introduced to a God who delights in us.
You and the Creator is for the spiritual seeker, the broken-hearted, the fearful, and those who seek to love. It offers hope for the hopeless. It offers hope for those disappointed with the Christian Church. It’s for you if you are in the process of deconstructing your faith and are unsure of your next steps. It’s for you if you’re one of the ‘nones’. It’s also for you if you are trying to make sense of your world and hope that a Creator God is in charge of it all, but you are not sure. It’s for you if you want assurance that a Creator exists, loves you passionately, and has a plan for you in the days ahead.
If you love enough, you can do anything you want and still please God. What does love look like? Jesus.
Jesus formed a community that came to be known as the Body of Christ. It is through this Body that the Creator intends that you find support and to reveal the fullness of his love to the world.
For the first 500 years of the Christian Church, the primary belief was that no one would be lost; that all would come to spend eternity with God.

Some points covered in the book
Six wrong beliefs in the Church quietly making us sick
The Belief in Hell
The belief that a loving God will cast those who don't subscribe to a particular Christian dogma, into an everlasting hell, is just plain wrong.
Read more...The Belief in Biblical Inerrancy
The belief that the Bible is error-free puts Christians in a theological straitjacket that eliminates honest inquiry into the faith.
Read more...The Belief that Getting People Saved is a Gospel Priority
The belief that getting people "saved" is not Biblical and puts pressure on those targeted and can create guilt in those doing the targeting.
Read more...The Belief that the Bible is of a Higher Authority than Jesus
The belief (usually unspoken) that the Bible is of a higher authority than Jesus is wrong, and distracts from the Bible's true purpose: To point people to Jesus. Christianity is not a religion of the Book. It is a Spirit-guided relationship with the living God.
Read more...The Belief that the Bible Supports Hierarchy or Complementarianism
The belief that the Bible supports a hierarchical structure oppresses women and keeps them from growing in their gifts and keeps them in subservient roles in the Church.
Read more...The Belief that God Crucified His Son in Our Place
The belief in Penal Substitutionary Atonement is wrong. The cross is not where God finds a victim to vent petty rage upon. The cross is where God saves the world through self-sacrificing love.
